- smiley face of the hotel employees and fast problem-solving responses - providing amenities for you to sleep better - room is small but one big luggage and one cabin luggage can fit even they were opened - providing pjs which were comfortable - usage of washing machine and dryer in which dryer is free and washing machine you are only providing 100 yen per wash and they are even providing detergent. - Even i didnt have breakfast, you can use facilities to get some hot beverages - location is close to metro station and 7-eleven is next to the hotel :) - cleaning room concept is really good. You dont want every day a cleaning normally, so you are putting the garbages and used towels next to your door and they are providing new towels daily - if you fill out the survey at the end they are providing a small gift as a memory - there is a window which you can open to get some fresh air in which i dont like to use ac if it is not too cold or too hot, it was perfect for me. - Near to the hotel, there are really good Japanese style bars in which i have done a bar hopping with one of my friend in here

We stayed in two different hotels in Toyko and it just underlined that every neighbourhood has a different vibe. Akasaka is lively but has more of grown-up vibe than say Shibuya or Shinjuku - if that's your thing (and it is ours) go for it. It's the kind of place that regular japanese come for a quiet drink or a good neighbourhood restaurant, so there's plenty of places to eat and drink but it's not noisy and feels super safe (like all of Japan does to be honest). The hotel room I thought looked better than in the photos - it's more modern than perhaps the photos suggest, so that was a bonus. We got the room with the bunk bed above the double bed. Not to sleep in but to have somewhere to put our stuff and luggage as the rooms are quite small - very useful. Bathroom was nice. Facilities were very good and the staff super friendly and helpful.

Great hotel, onsen available with clear timetable. You get a massager in your room, with a hair dryer and even a hair curler/ straightener. Great wellness hotel, very clean. The room is small for 2 but a good size for 1, guess that is in exchange for the public onsen as that is brilliant. I went at odd times so it wasn't busy at all. You do get a view but the window is quite small, the blinds completely blacks out any light. Good location, 2 stations nearby, also a short taxi ride away from Shinjuku just in case. Staff was very nice, I arrived early to drop off my bags and they were moved to my room when it was ready. Would stay at another branch if I ever get the chance.

Stayed at the very same hotel last year. As previously reviewed, it is relatively near to Akasaka Mitsuke station which has 2 most commonly used metro line, Marunouchi Line and Ginza Line. Just a little further down the street after you exit the hotel, you can reach the Chiyoda Line. That line allows you to reach Meiji-jingumae (Harajuku) station within minutes. Another plus point is that it is near one of the Airport Limousine bus pickup point to Narita Airport, which is fantastic on the day that you going to the airport.

Really comfortable hotel, we enjoyed our final nights here. Room was spacious enough to open 3 luggages fully. Tv had netflix and youtube so thats a plus The hotel offers complimentary drinks and also alcohol for free! There is also private baths but we didnt end up trying it The location was the main highlight, we loved Akasaka and when we stepped out of the hotel we were dropped right in the middle of the bustling streets with a lot of food options.
